Cancellation Policy:
You must give minimum 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. Otherwise 50% of the cancelled appointment will need to be paid before your next appointment. No show policy:
You must either call or message through to cancel your appointment, failure to do this means 100% of your no show appointment MUST be paid before you book another appointment and also your future bookings must be paid in advance to book in again.
