A very important chapter in the Top Knox story. 🤍

We can finally share that the Receivership has officially ended. As of Friday, Top Knox is no longer under Receivership.

Today, after a very honest conversation between myself, Alyssa and Tamana, we have made the incredibly difficult decision not to reopen Top Knox as we have known it.

This isn’t because we don’t believe in the business. I know we could rebuild it. But after everything our family has been through, we have reached a point where we need to choose our family — to heal, repair, be together and step into our next chapter.

Top Knox was never just a salon.

It was a place for women to switch off, take a breath and have something that was completely theirs. The treatment was only part of it. It was the conversations, laughter, tears, celebrations, friendships and feeling of being known and cared for.

We have been overwhelmed by the messages from so many of you who waited, encouraged us to reopen and told us that Top Knox was your sanctuary. We heard you. 🤍

In just under five years, we were incredibly lucky to be part of almost 30,000 appointments, receive more than 300 five-star reviews and be honoured with awards for Best Eyelash Technician and Best Brow Technician in the Knox area.

But our greatest achievement was the community we built together.

Top Knox doesn’t necessarily have to end.

We are now looking for the right person to take over the brand and continue the experience our clients know and love — someone who understands they aren’t simply taking over a salon, but inheriting a community.
