Scott: "So when did the back pain start?"
Patient: proceeds to give a full TED talk covering their cousin's wedding, a dodgy mattress from 2019, their dog's vet appointment, and a mysterious tingling in their left elbow that is unrelated
Scott, 6 minutes later, still nodding: "...okay so, roughly two weeks ago?" πŸ˜…
Every practitioner knows this exact face. The patience. The engaged nodding. The internal screaming.
We ask one question. You tell us your life story. We love you anyway.😍

🦴 BREAKING: Rare footage of a Chiropractor in his natural habitat, believed to be one of the last of his generation still hunting and pecking on a keyboard. Handle with care β€” and maybe show him where the caps lock is. πŸ˜‚

Two sides. Two cracks. Zero drama. 🎯
This is what a clean cervical adjustment looks like β€” controlled, precise, and exactly where the segment needed to move. That release you hear isn't your neck "cracking apart," it's a small gas bubble shifting in the joint fluid. Totally normal, and for a lot of people, instantly relieving.
If your neck's been feeling stiff, restricted, or like it's carrying more tension than it should β€” this is what we do about it.

When you find out you've got a break because a patient cancelled πŸ•ΊπŸ’ƒ..and then you look at reception and realise they already filled your spot πŸ˜…πŸ’€
The dream lasted 4 seconds.
Back to work, Scott.

Achilles tendinitis. That’s what everyone calls it. But that name is misleading.

For most chronic Achilles pain, there’s no real inflammation. It’s tendinopathy β€” the tendon fibres have broken down from being overloaded again and again.

That changes everything about treatment. Rest and anti-inflammatories won’t fix it. Tendons need the right kind of load β€” slowly increased β€” to rebuild properly.

But the real question is: why is the tendon overloaded in the first place? Stiff ankle? Weak hip? Training ramped up too fast?

The tendon isn’t the problem. It’s the messenger. 🦡

POV: you've liked, saved, and watched every single one of our videos... but somehow still haven't booked an appointment πŸ‘€
Scott, Mal and Victoria would like a word. πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ
We see you. We see the double taps. We see you screenshotting our stretches "to do later." We know your back still hurts.
At this point you're basically an honorary staff member. Might as well come in and let us actually help you πŸ˜…

Pins and needles in your hands more than you'd like? πŸ–οΈ
Victoria's walking through her go-to nerve flossing exercises β€” for the median, ulnar and radial nerves β€” to help ease that numbness and tingling.
Nerve flossing gently glides the nerve through its surrounding tissue, helping it move more freely (think of it like flossing between your teeth, but for your nerves!). It's a simple one to add to your day if you're feeling numbness, tingling, or that "pins and needles" sensation in your hands or fingers.
As always β€” if symptoms are persistent, worsening, or affecting your grip or daily tasks, it's worth getting it properly assessed. We're here if you need us πŸ’™

When the chiros are FULLY booked but the social media girl still needs content today 🎬

Scott: β€œβ€¦I’m not doing this.”
Also Scott: does it anyway, zero rhythm, full commitment to looking unimpressed πŸ˜‘πŸ’ƒ

Victoria: already three moves deep before the door’s even shut πŸ•Ίβœ¨

Some people were built for content. Some people are held hostage by it. Either way β€” we got the clip.
