✨ A Friendly Reminder About Our Cancellation Policy ✨

Please take a moment to read through our cancellation policy and familiarise yourself with our terms & conditions.

As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our team and salon. When appointments aren’t attended, our stylists lose valuable working time and it directly affects our business.

You’ll receive an SMS one week prior to your appointment to confirm. If we don’t receive confirmation, unfortunately we’ll need to cancel the booking so the time can be offered to another client.
If you do need to cancel, simply reply NO to the SMS or contact the salon.

Going forward, once your appointment is confirmed we will also be requesting a deposit to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your final balance at the end of your appointment.
