nts come back every 2.5 weeks for an infill, if youre unsure when to come back, book an appointment for around that timeframe and see what suits you after that. It is ok to wet your lashes with plain water. Please avoid steamy showers and saunas! If you get chlorine or salt based water on your lashes, rinse clean with plain water. Avoid using mascara, you shouldnt need it, and certain ingredients in the mascara can dissolve the bonding agent in the adhesive. But if you do need it use water-based mascara only and only on the tips of your lashes. Applying it to the base can create a lump of built up mascara at the the base causing them to look gluggy and spidery it can also break the lash with all that added weight. Be gentle with your lashes! Avoid rubbing your eyes excessively, sleeping on your face and avoid using make up wipes on your eyes. The fibres in the wipes can catch on your lashes and rip them out with your natural lashes. Avoid using oil based make up removers, cleansers or lotions on your eyes, this will dissolve the adhesive. Use water based water or gel based products instead this will be kinder to your extensions and the adhesive. Must have at least a dozen lashes for it to be classified as a refill
Anything from 4 weeks onward requires a new set and will be charged as such. PLEASE DO NOT PICK OR PLUCK YOUR LASHES OUT
