Glass skin isn’t something you buy. It’s something you build.
Every ad you see for a “glass skin serum” or a “glass skin routine” is selling you a result — not the thing that actually creates it.
Real glass skin comes from a healthy, intact skin barrier. Consistent hydration over time. Treatments that actually stimulate cell turnover and collagen. And honestly — some patience.
You can’t layer your way there with 12 products. If anything, too many products is one of the main reasons people’s skin never gets there — a stressed, overloaded barrier doesn’t reflect light evenly. It looks dull, uneven, reactive.

I had cystic acne from the age of 13.
I was told it was hormonal and I’d grow out of it. I didn’t. I was put on oral and topical medication that helped for a while and then stopped working. I tried every product. I changed my diet. I stressed about it.
And through all of that, nobody actually sat down with me and explained what could be happening in my skin or why.
That gap — between what I was told and what I actually needed to know — is a big part of why I became a skin therapist and why I opened Aes.
