Caught up with Luke Boon talking all things skipping, social media and collaborations. Luke is a multiple world champ jump rope whiz, we connected after I saw him on a social special on the news where he was talking skipping and the reintegration of the sport into schools.

Being likeminded and two crazy jump rope nerds meeting was a must and now we are talking ALL the things. !

Thanks Luke for the jump rope hook up, now it's time to practice the catch and release - if I can remember what you taught me weeks ago 🤣
