I want to do a quick shout out to one of my incredible clients, Lisa 💛—she’s been coming to see me for the past 8 years 🙌

I’ve truly watched her journey from the beginning ✨: starting out when she moved to the GC from Sydney and joined the CrossFit family 🏋️‍♀️ (and yes, I entered the picture as the “maintenance” plan 😄). A few years later, she made the switch into **weight training** 💪, and it suited her perfectly 👏

Now we’re here 🚀. Every month when I see Lisa for her maintenance, I’m still amazed 😮. I’ve honestly never seen anyone step into bodybuilding competitions with the level of confidence and ease that she does 🤍. When she’s in her calorie deficit, she doesn’t complain—she just gets it done ✅. Her body is built for it 🔥

Lisa’s first comp on the GC, she won FMG Bikini Pro Model 🏆. And now she’s in Bali competing this weekend 🌴
