As the Super Rugby season has finished, we're into last round of Club Rugby and heading towards the business end of NRL Season 2024, here's some time for me to upload some pics of what I've been up to so far this year.

I'm super proud of what I've built; based on a hunger for knowledge of human movement and a love for sports. My passion to help our rangatahi strive for their own greatness through sport has always the driving force.

I'm excited for what's to come and am extremely grateful for my family and the awesome group of people I have around me who continue to support me and my business.

My availability will be restricted in August as we head into the International Rugby season and Finals 24 however plz always reach out with your availability so I can schedule time for you.
