UPDATED BOOKING POLICY FOR NEW CLIENTS OF ANOTHER DYEMENSION ORGANIC CONCEPT HAIR STUDIO
Life can be super busy and we understand every now and then things don’t work out as planned. However we are a small boutique business and we rely on our clients showing up to their booked services. We confirm all our appointments 24 hours in advance via a phone call to give you the opportunity to reschedule i
f necessary. To protect our business from loss of revenue, we have adopted the following salon policies. These may be waived at any time depending on the circumstances.
1 All new clients are required to leave $50 deposit (fully redeemable off services) when booking colour or lengthy services appointments. This deposit is fully refundable should you need to cancel your appointment within the 24 hours notice as per our cancellation policy.
2 All no-show clients and cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will forfeit their deposit.
3 Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.
4 All clients are sent a confirmation SMS 2 days prior to their scheduled appointment. This is an automated system and can only receive “YES” or “NO” responses. For confirmation and queries please call us at the salon on 5573 4161
If we haven’t had confirmation by phone or to our mobile text service, your appointment will be cancelled and any deposit forfeited. We do not accept cancellations via Facebook Messenger. We greatly appreciate your support of our business and we will endeavour to provide the utmost professional service to you at all times.
