‼️ A quick clarification on a recent review. We always aim to work with our clients, but misinformation about a small business isn’t okay especially in the current climate. Full context in the post 👇🏼

‼️ Not because we like being strict but because behind this business are real people trying to hold it together.

Staff to pay. Bills that don’t stop rising. A cost of living crisis that doesn’t care what kind of business you’re running.

I think we speak for a lot of small businesses right now when we say it’s incredibly hard out there.

To every small business doing it tough right now whether you’re in beauty, hospitality, trades, retail, whatever it is we see you, and we get it. this isn’t easy for any of us.

Most of our clients get it too. You respect our policies, you communicate, you show up and we notice, and we’re grateful for you.

This one’s for everyone else. We’re not trying to be difficult. We’re trying to stay open.
