A little update from my learning journey ❤️

These past few days have been such a mix of emotions. I’m still recovering from being unwell, but I didn’t want to stop learning and improving myself. I’m taking some time to rest and look after my health, then I’ll continue studying more later this week.

During this course, every class has been very intense but so rewarding. We usually spend around 12-14 hours a day learning, practising, and focusing on every little detail. Some things are completely new to me, and some things I’ve learnt before, but this time I’m seeing them from a different perspective - with more knowledge, more understanding, and a deeper appreciation for the technique behind it.

One thing I’m taking away from this course is not just the skills, but also the mindset and responsibility behind being a beauty artist. Every detail matters. Every decision, every step, and every client experience comes with responsibility and care.

I’m grateful that I get to keep learning, even when it’s challenging. There is always more to improve, and I’m excited to bring these new skills and knowledge back to my beautiful clients soon ❤️

Today I finished studying how to use colour strategically in makeup-not just to make someone look beautiful, but to enhance their natural features, create balance, and even soften the imperfections they don’t want to draw attention to.

Sometimes, the right placement of colour can do more than heavy contouring or full-coverage foundation ever could.

Next, I’m moving on to Colourful & Detail-learning how to use bold colours with precision, making every shade intentional, striking, and beautifully balanced.

The more I learn, the more I realise…
