Played baseball briefly, then busted my OTHER knee. Did a work trip to the ar****le of the universe & survived. Draculas Cabaret - it was awesome, god fearing mum dint think so much. Got a suspish mole exhumed. Dog became a criminal. Xmas. Phat Beets Festival. Boylesque Show. Drag Queen Show. Midweek DJ Gig. RIP Joshy. Footy’s back but my team isn’t. High Tea for doggos 😮‍💨

I went on a cheeky holiday to Singapore recently. It was super duper, really loved it - the people, the culture, the weather (I'm a lizard), the food... Couldn't fault a thing! The last day came & already in a downer mood with the threat of returning to the norm rapidly approaching, we discovered our doggo had passed away. It was bad timing but semi-expected but my god, the flight home was nothing short of a sick joke.
The first delay came at the hand of the plane's late arrival from QLD, a minor annoyance but sure... The second delay was from a dent they discovered on said plane's arrival - we couldn't leave until it was repaired, yep - safety first! The third delay was due to a pair of travellers that decided last minute that they hadn't had enough of Singapore meaning Qantas had to fetch their s**t after it was already safely locked & loaded - thanks asshats! We got home at bulls**t o'clock in the morning WELL after we were due, secured a taxi that cost over $55 for a less than 15 minute ride and finally made it home to finally hug our remaining two fur children 🥰

A while back I was flicking a wok around when my wrist just gave out & I plated my stirfry on the floor - Dr Diagnosis: Very mild arthritis! Umm excuse me, I’m too young for that!? Nekminnit, I’m getting a cortisone jab in my elbow because that’s tapping out too - BRUH!? Enough already… 😩

I’ll start with the sad news: we lost our old boy recently - Buddy Bear the 13 year old, big old d***y mash-potato-for-brains Labrador peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge in his sleep 21/08/2023. He had a wonderful, long life and was so very loved & deeply missed. RIP Buddy Bear, good boy ❤️
