I've finally finished packing the last of my soaps for the year. I won't make any more until cooler weather arrives next year. I recently made a new whipped soap called "Orange Meringue" & have restocked an old favourite "Choc Cherry" along with some guest sized boxed soaps " Destiny's Child - Supa Nova" . These smaller ones are great stocking stuffers

Soaps now out of the curing rack & packaged for sale. Sweet Dreams, the second edition of Persimmon Soap, Out of Egypt, Carrot Honey & Cream & Reborn.
Reborn was a soap that I initially made & did not like. So I rebatched this one into a new soap batter, hence the name "Reborn". I like the look & feel of this one much more & also the fragrance.

I made Carrot Honey & Cream soap the other day and am just showing that it is now cut and on the curing rack for the next 4 weeks.
Fragranced with essential oils of Sweet Orange, Patchouli, Ylang Ylang & White Grapefruit. Made with real carrot juice, local honey & cream

I remade the persimmon soap a couple of days ago & used a different essential oil mix of cedarwood, clary sage, lavender & geranium. I also added some white Australian clay to the formula & this is how the log turned out. Slightly lighter in color than the first pour, as this one was refrigerated for the first 24 hours. It will be on the curing rack for the next 4 weeks. All sold out on the first trial batch

Today is a soap wrapping day for me. On the tray is Goats Milk & Honey soap & the pink ones are coconut rose. The other one is a new soap that I wanted to try. It's a persimmon soap made with pureed persimmons & a blend of essential oils. It's not a pretty soap, but it's the perfect blend of both creaminess & bubbly. That's a hard combination to achieve in a soap, but I loved this one when I tried it in the shower last night. I will make it again with different essential oils or a fragrance that will go with it. Both are being wrapped & labelled today.

I finally got around to making some rosemary soap with the rosemary from my garden. It has 55% of Rosemary infused High Oleic Sunflower oil in the mix together with Coconut Oil, Shea Butter & Cocoa Butter. I used Rosemary tea as the water portion & Rosemary infused flaxseed gel & Rosemary, Lavender, Eucalyptus & Cedarwood essential oils. On the curing rack for 4 weeks from now.

These are my pine tar soap, both normal size ones & a few 44gm guest size ones. They contain 10% Pine Tar of the total oil weight of the soap & have essential oils of Rosemary, eucalyptus & Tea- tree. Not very appealing visually, but a great soap for gardeners and many people find this soap quite soothing

Beer & Oatmilk soap is now off the curing rack, labelled & ready to go
