Dear Valued Customers,
The health and safety of our staff, customers and the community will always be our first priority.
To ensure a safe experience for our customers we have implemented measures including (but not limited to) the following:
• Increased the frequency of our store and equipment cleaning routines.
• Limit customer capacity.
• Our staff have all undertaken COVID Safe Training.
We ask your assistance to please:
• Book appointments when possible.
• Bring your own open-toed footwear to your pedicure appointments.
• Wash your hands upon entry to our salon.
• Not bring friends or family members to appointments if they are not receiving a service (this includes children).
• Stay home if you are sick. We have the right to refuse service to anyone displaying COVID19 symptoms.
Our increased hygiene measures require extra time to implement. We would appreciate your patience, and ask that you please wait for your appointment outside the salon once you have notified us of your arrival.
We are required by the government to keep your contact details (name, address, phone) for 28 days for the purposes of contact tracing if necessary. These details will be kept confidentially and securely.
To help protect our community, we encourage our staff and customers to download the COVIDSafe app.
