It’s easy to underestimate just how much sunscreen we need to get the protection we’re expecting. So, save this SPF measure-up guide ... because knowing you need SPF is one thing, knowing how much to use is another! 😉

😎For your face & neck: try the two-finger rule – apply a line of sunscreen along the length of your index and middle fingers

😎 For your body: measure it out – use around 1 teaspoon per major exposed area

So very true…after all these years I wouldn’t use anything else 🥰 as a qualified Beauty Therapist aside from Nutrimetics, I can comfortably say there are still no nasties in Nutrimetics products, and the active ingredients are all at the top of the list and not the bottom, as most active ingredients are in other companies products. Go look 🥰
