you don’t need another retinol.

you need your fascia to actually move.

skincare works on the surface, but tension, puffiness, sagging? that lives underneath. in the fascia. in the muscle. in a nervous system that’s been holding on for longer than you realise.

this is the layer skincare was never built to reach.

the deep release method™ works with what’s underneath — fascial release, lymphatic drainage, nervous system regulation.

it’s kinda chic to get facial massage like it’s 1920s parisian skincare, not a tiktok trend ✨

most people don’t need another serum. they need fascia release.

long before “buccal massage” had a hashtag, this was just skincare — a ritual, something women did for themselves, not for content.

the deep release method™ brings that back — real technique, real anatomy, real release. not a trend. a practice.

because clenching was never a mouth problem.

it’s your nervous system holding tension it never got the chance to release…. stored in the masseter, the temporalis, the jaw itself.

a night guard protects your teeth while you sleep.
it doesn’t ask why your body is bracing in the first place.

injectables soften the muscle. they don’t touch what’s underneath.

the tension stays. it just finds somewhere else to go.

this is what the deep release method actually works with — not managing the clench, releasing what’s causing it.

your jaw doesn’t work alone. it’s connected, through fascia — all the way down to your chest. tight chest fascia pulls your shoulders forward, which shortens the muscles at the front of your neck, which keeps your jaw braced without you even realising it.

that’s why fascia work isn’t just about the area that hurts. it’s about the whole chain.

jaw release works the local pattern — the muscles directly holding tension in your jaw and face.

deep release goes further up the chain, starting at the chest — because that’s often where the pull begins.

neither one is “better.” they’re built for different things. which one you need depends on where your tension actually lives.

not sure whether jaw release or deep release is the right fit for you? send me a message — happy to help you figure out what your body actually needs.

big love,

your wrinkles aren’t an age problem. they’re a fascia problem.

Here’s why:

fascia is the connective tissue web under your skin. when it’s healthy, it’s like a wet slip n slide, everything glides.

when it’s tight (from stress, screen posture, clenching, dehydration) it compresses. it pulls down on tissue. and it restricts blood flow to the surface.

no blood flow means your skin isn’t getting the oxygen and nutrients it needs to stay plump.

that’s not aging. that’s starvation.

when i release fascia in a session, i watch it happen live. the tissue softens, blood rushes back in, and the skin literally changes color and texture in front of me.

you’re not too old for glowy skin. your fascia is just too tight to let the glow through.

this is what the deep release method™ is built on. not surface skincare, actual tissue release.

if your jaw is tight right now, you’re not imagining it

most people carry tension in the masseter, the SCM, the fascia across the face without ever realising it’s there until someone puts their hands on it

the deep release method isn’t a relaxing add-on. it’s targeted work on the tissue that’s actually holding the stress your nervous system hasn’t let go of yet

one muscle. five symptoms.

TMJ. headaches. neck tension. jowling. clenching at night — all connected to one muscle that’s been quietly holding on for years: your masseter.

it only releases with slow, controlled, rhythmic pressure — not force.

that’s the deep release method™.

save this. share it with someone who clenches at night.

the muscle nobody talks about when it comes to facial ageing 🤍

your scm (sternocleidomastoid) connects your skull to your collarbone — it’s one of the first places tension lives when you’re stressed, scrolling, or clenching.

release the scm and the whole face responds. jaw softens. cheeks lift.

the scm also sits right alongside the lymph pathways in your neck — release it, and drainage improves too.

this is the kind of work we do inside The Deep Release Method™ — because you can’t separate the face from what’s holding it.

fascia loves a slow dance.

three reasons i’m obsessed with releasing it:

1. it holds onto everything. tension, posture, old habits, the way you carry stress without even knowing it
2. it responds to rhythm, not force. slow, sustained pressure is what shifts it, not rushing
3. when it releases, you feel it everywhere. one connected web, so unwinding one area changes how the whole body moves

it’s not a massage. it’s a conversation with your tissue.
