We’re so lucky to have an incredibly busy hair department with an amazing clientele — but we’ve reached the point where we need to grow our team!

WE’RE LOOKING FOR TWO NEW TEAM MEMBERS 👇🏼

✨ FIRST YEAR APPRENTICE

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely excited to build a career in hair and is driven and motivated to complete their apprenticeship with us.

You’ll be someone who:
• Loves people and making clients feel valued, seen and looked after
• Is bubbly, confident and loves a good chat
• Brings positive energy and FUN to the salon
• Is eager to learn, grow and become an incredible hairdresser
• Isn’t afraid of a busy, fast-paced salon environment

Experience isn’t what we’re looking for here — attitude, personality and passion are.

✨ SENIOR HAIRDRESSER

This is a little different… we already have the clientele — we just need YOU to bring the skills.

You must be confident and competent in:
• Lived-in blondes
• Micro-foiling
• Balayage
• Colour formulation and knowledge
• Cutting

Extension experience would also be highly regarded.

Friday I genuinely feared for my life and started questioning whether I actually know the people who work at COSMELLE 😅🤣

Every quarter, we close the salon early and do something together as a team. This time, the girls chose a rage room… and honestly, I have no words. 😂

Ten girls let loose in a room throwing and smashing glass everywhere is equal parts hilarious and absolutely TERRIFYING. If you haven’t tried one yet, you need to — although maybe reconsider taking your entire team at once. 🤣

We finished the night with dinner to celebrate our girl Laura Hankinson | Launceston Hair Stylist | Blonde Services | officially completing her apprenticeship! 🥹🤍

This milestone is so incredibly well deserved, and we couldn’t be prouder of the hairdresser you’ve become. Watching you grow throughout your apprenticeship has been so special.

At COSMELLE, every hairdresser who completes their apprenticeship with us receives a brand-new pair of professional scissors to mark the beginning of their career as a qualified hairdresser ✂️✨
