🔥❄️ Wondering what the hype is around hot & cold therapy?

There’s a reason more and more people are incorporating saunas and cold-water immersion into their wellness routines - it’s not just about braving the heat or the cold, it’s about how you feel afterwards 🌿

That feeling of stepping out refreshed, re-energised and clear-headed, while your body feels relaxed and reset. It’s also about taking a moment out of your day to switch off, focus on yourself and recharge - both mentally and physically.

🔥 Infrared Sauna
The calming warmth of an infrared sauna gives you a space to slow down and unwind. The heat encourages circulation and sweating while helping tired muscles relax - making it the perfect way to switch off at the end (or anytime) of the day.

❄️ Cold-Water Immersion
An ice bath delivers that invigorating, refreshing reset. Many people incorporate cold-water immersion into their routine for post-exercise recovery and love the feeling of increased alertness, energy and mental focus afterwards.

And when you bring the two together?
Hot & cold therapy can become an incredible wellness ritual for your mind and body - helping you create dedicated time to relax, recover, reset and recharge.

Whether it’s a morning ice bath to start your day feeling refreshed, an evening sauna to unwind, or incorporating both into your routine, you can create a wellness experience that works for you.

At Just Spas Launceston, we stock both Wellness Infrared Saunas & Ice Baths, giving you everything you need to create your very own wellness sanctuary at home. 🤎

✨ Your space. Your routine. Your wellness sanctuary - right at home.

💦 Thinking about a Spa, Swim Spa or Urban Pool? Here’s what to know before taking the plunge…

Maybe you’ve been thinking about it for a while. You can picture it in your backyard, but you’re still wondering about the practical side - Which option is right for us? How much space do we need? What about access, power, installation and approvals?

That’s where we can help.

Before making your decision, consider what you want your new space to give you:
💧 Relax & unwind – your own place to switch off at the end of the day
🏊 Fitness & movement – swim and exercise from the comfort of home
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 More family time – a space everyone can enjoy together
🌿 Hydrotherapy & wellbeing – warm water and massage whenever you need it
✨ A backyard you’ll actually use – not just occasionally, but all year round.

Then there are the practical things - size, positioning, access, foundations, electrical requirements, heating, fencing and approvals.
It might sound like a lot, but you don't have to work it all out yourself.
At Just Spas Launceston, we can help you compare our Australian Made Spas, Signature Swim Spas and Urban Pools, talk through your space and lifestyle, and guide you through what’s required before you make your decision.
Because it’s more than choosing a spa or pool.
It’s creating your space, your time, your everyday escape. 💙

💦 Relax More. Worry Less. Spa Care Made Simple.

Owning a spa should be about enjoying it - not spending hours looking after it! With a simple routine and the right products, keeping your spa water clean, clear and ready to enjoy is easier than you might think.

Our 5 simple spa-care steps:

💧 Test & balance your water 1–2 times per week
🧼 Clean your filter every 1–2 weeks and replace approximately once a year
☀️ Air out your spa cover around twice per week
♻️ Drain & refill your spa approximately every 4–5 months, depending on usage and how well your water is maintained
💦 Top up your water as needed to maintain the correct level

And that’s really the basis of it! A few minutes of regular care can help keep your water looking great, protect your spa equipment and leave you with more time for the important part - relaxing and enjoying your spa.

❄️ And yes, that includes winter!

Your spa is designed to be enjoyed all year round. Keeping up your normal water-care routine through the cooler months means your spa stays warm, clean and ready whenever you feel like jumping in - and there’s something pretty special about relaxing in a warm spa on a cold Tassie day!

🌿 Not sure about your water? We’re here to help.

If your water doesn’t look quite right, you’re unsure what products to add, or you simply want some guidance, get in touch with us.

We also offer ongoing spa care and assistance. Whether you have a few questions, need help getting your water back on track, or would simply prefer a little extra help caring for your spa, we’re here to help make spa ownership easy.

Simple care. More spa time. Less worry. 💙
