How are we already heading into September?! 🤯
The last few months of the year have a habit of disappearing very quickly — and before we know it, Christmas parties, holidays, events and end-of-year everything will be here.
So, a little reminder to start thinking ahead with your VIVID appointments. 💜
If you’re a regular for brows, lashes, waxing or facials, consider popping your next few appointments in the diary now. And if you have something special coming up, we can work backwards together to make sure your treatments are timed just right.
A little booking update while we’re here…
From 1 September, a 50% reservation fee will be required to secure appointments. This isn’t an extra charge — it simply comes off your treatment total on the day.
VIVID will also be moving to a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, giving me a little more opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else if your plans change.
So perhaps this is your sign to pull out the calendar and get a little bit organised for future you. ✨

We had a beautiful evening retreat last night…cacao, a guided visualisation, sound journey and journaling. I thought I’d share the journal prompt sheet I created (with help to make it look pretty) in case it was something you might like to use for reflecting on the winter period. Our September session is nearly sold out already so I’m about to start vetting larger spaces! Have a happy Monday and here’s to the last day of winter ❄️

Spring vibes in the studio today 💐
I love 💛 seeing all of the bulbs coming up! Daffodils are my favourite flower, and spring is my favourite season…and lychee is my favourite flavour, so when I saw this tea yesterday, there was no question that it was coming to work with me 🥰

Last night I facilitated a sound bath in the John Glover room at The Albert Hall in Launceston. 🎵
30 people came, it was such an honour to introduce so many people to their first sound bath experience. ✨ Some people had been to a sound bath of mine, and some to events that other people had run. 30 people that took time out of their busy lives to put themselves first. One hour can change your whole week. 🧘
Events like this, that encourage people to slow down and just be, they are my jam. I love it. 💞

Over the past little while, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking 🤔 about what’s next for VIVID. After weighing up every option, I’ve decided I’ll be staying right here in my current space.
This little studio has held so many beautiful conversations, moments of rest, laughter, tears, healing and transformation. It still feels like home, and right now, it’s exactly where VIVID needs to be. 🏠
Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and trusted me with your time. 🙏🏻 I’m looking forward to continuing to welcome you here, while also growing the new parts of VIVID that I’m so excited to share.
Sometimes moving forward doesn’t mean moving somewhere new. Sometimes it means planting your feet exactly where you are and building something even better.

This fantastic festival begins next week!
I’m so excited to be running a sound bath at Albert Hall, my biggest venue yet. 🤩
If you’re free between 5-6 on Tuesday 18th of August, book a ticket and come along.
