✨ Fresh, glowing & rejuvenated ✨

Customised Circadia facial

My favourite part of a brow + lash appointment? 🥹 That first look in the mirror and hearing “WOW!”

Freshly waxed & dyed brows paired with a Korean lash lift & tint ✨ The best part? Those lashes are ALL yours 🤍

✨ I always get asked what to look for when buying an at home LED mask, so here are the key things I recommend looking for:

✔️ Evidence backed wavelengths
✔️ TGA approval and FDA clearance
✔️ Published irradiance (power output)
✔️ Good LED coverage across the face
✔️ Transparent device specifications

The Trudermal Glow ticks all of those boxes. It features 3 evidence backed wavelengths:

❤️ Red Light (633nm) supports collagen production, helps improve fine lines and wrinkles, and reduces inflammation.

💙 Blue Light (415nm) targets acne causing bacteria to help reduce breakouts and support clearer skin.

🤍 Near Infrared Light (830nm) penetrates deeper into the skin to support healing, reduce inflammation and promote skin rejuvenation.

It’s TGA approved, FDA cleared, and designed to deliver consistent full face coverage, making it a device I trust and recommend.

Remember, LED isn’t a one off treatment. For the best results, use it consistently as directed and make it part of your long term skincare routine. 🤍

⚠️ Please note: At home LED is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a photosensitive condition (such as lupus, photosensitive eczema or albinism), take photosensitising medications, have light induced epilepsy or headaches, or certain genetic eye conditions.

Let’s Talk Vitamin A… ✨

One of the biggest misconceptions in skincare is that stronger is always better. The truth is, the best Vitamin A is the one your skin can tolerate consistently.

Vitamin A is one of the most researched ingredients in skincare. It helps support collagen production, improves the appearance of fine lines, smooths texture, encourages healthy skin renewal, assists with congestion and promotes healthier looking skin.

Not all Vitamin A products are the same. Your skin naturally converts Vitamin A before it can use it:

Retinyl Esters → Retinol → Retinaldehyde → Retinoic Acid

The fewer conversion steps required, the more potent the Vitamin A can be, but that can also increase the likelihood of irritation.

This is why I love Circadia’s progressive Vitamin A system.

Rather than starting with the strongest option, we gradually build your skin’s tolerance using Retinyl Acetate, a gentle Vitamin A ester that’s paired with ingredients to help support the skin barrier.

✨ Nighttime Repair – Your introduction to Vitamin A.

✨ Nighttime Repair Plus – The next step, increasing Vitamin A while continuing to support the skin.

✨ Vitamin A Boosting Cream – The highest retail strength, designed for skins ready for a more advanced level of Vitamin A.

By progressively increasing Vitamin A, we can achieve incredible long term results while keeping the skin healthy, balanced and resilient.

Healthy skin will always outperform irritated skin. 🤍

Not all Vitamin C serums are created equal… 🍊✨

Vitamin C is one of the most loved skincare ingredients, but the type of Vitamin C you use can make a big difference.

The most common form used in skincare is L-Ascorbic Acid. It is the most researched form of Vitamin C, however it is more prone to oxidation and can cause irritation for some skin types, especially sensitive or compromised skin.

When L-Ascorbic Acid oxidises, you may notice the product becoming darker or more yellow/orange, which can be a sign the Vitamin C is breaking down and its potency may be reduced.

This is why I love Circadia’s Vitamin C Reversal Serum.

Circadia uses Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP), a more stable Vitamin C derivative that is converted by the skin into active Vitamin C.

It also contains Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid) and Vitamin B5 (Panthenol) to help support hydration, comfort and a healthy skin barrier, leaving the skin feeling soft, smooth and replenished.

✨ Benefits of Vitamin C:

• Brightens dull, tired-looking skin.
• Helps improve the appearance of pigmentation and uneven skin tone.
• Provides antioxidant protection against environmental stress.
• Supports the skin’s natural collagen production.
• Supports hydration and overall skin health.

If you’ve tried Vitamin C before and experienced irritation, it may simply have been the form of Vitamin C that didn’t suit your skin.

A Korean Lash Lift is a gentler approach to lifting your natural lashes, designed with lash health in mind.

Traditional lash lifts typically use thioglycolic acid (TGA) to reshape the lashes, with the solution generally applied through the mid lengths and ends to avoid overprocessing near the root. Korean Lash Lifts use a cysteamine based system, which is gentler on the lashes and can be worked closer to the root and through the entire lash, creating a more elongated, eye opening result while helping to maintain the condition of your natural lashes.

Winter is pigment correction season, making it the ideal time to focus on concerns such as pigmentation, melasma and uneven skin tone.

The Winter Reset Program combines the Circadia MandeliClear Peel, Vitamin A Accelerator and targeted homecare to help brighten the complexion and support a more even skin tone.

The preparation phase is just as important as the treatment itself, which is why preparation homecare, a complimentary Amandola Cleanser and a post peel recovery pack are all included.

Pigmentation can be complex, but with the right treatment plan and consistency, beautiful improvements are possible.

If you’ve been wanting to address pigmentation, winter is the perfect time to start. Book via the link in my bio.
