Mental Health is a big passion of mine and I love combining lived experiences with trainings to bring awareness to all types of mental health problems...

Which town am I in?

Wow taking a 7 day social media and mainstream media break is something i will do more of.... disconnecting from the noise, the scrolling, the distractions to reconnect with self....
I chose to do it because I was feeling defeated, depleted and noticing myself becoming reactive which is i sure sign my cortisol levels are through the roof....
I needed to change that for my own healths sake because emotional, mental stress is the no 1 killer, it causes chaos in our body....
It was time for me to practice what I preach, walk the talk and I was receiving reminder loud and clear from my body that I needed to make me a priority and find my inner happie in the chaos of trying to find affordable housing, keep some regular income coming in as a Sole Trader getting great results helping others turn their mental and physical health around, being on a couple of committees supporting others, looking after dogs etc...
Dogs, grandies, self coaching, mandala colouring, music, movement, nourishing foods, hydration, meditation and sunshine when it was out oh and guilt free resting was actually bliss and I was blessed to have the space to be able to do this where I have been house/dogsitting for 5 weeks which ends today...
So now I'm back with my inner HAPPIE and am kind of excited as things will be changing in my work direction as well so watch this space..

While setting up the massage table etc for beautiful in home nurturing yet powerful reset and treatment massage this little darling was bought in to me for cuddles.... I put her in my pocket hoping I could massage while she was in there but pocket not big enough haha soooooo much cuteness 💓 💕 💙 ♥️
