ITS TIME TO TAKE A STAND AS A SMALL BUSINESS !!!!

I use to be a mess but not the hot mess you guys see on the daily.

I was fighting for my son, staying up until my eyes burned trying to find him answers, helping my daughter navigate uni life, running this business solo and doing it all with zero backup in WA. If you know me, you know I don't ask for help.
I just white knuckle it and call it living.
Turns out my body was writing checks just waiting for my ass to cash.

First carpal tunnel in both wrists. (Very high achieving of me). I just worked around the pain until it became tennis elbow, because apparently I had something to prove to absolutely nobody.
Then the tests came back and it wasn't funny anymore.

My Immune system was in overdrive, low white blood cells, an allergy I'd never had in my life just showing up uninvited. My body basically filed a formal complaint and I still tried to negotiate.

The stress dropped the weight and everyone complimented me. The same stress was quietly trying to kill me from the inside. Cruel little trade nobody warns you about.

So I stopped. Actually stopped. Stopped the hustle, Stopped (slowed down) on posting on my socials. I even stopped replying to phone calls and txt. And I healed.
Future Kylee was tired of cleaning up past Kylee's mess.

So if you've wondered why I haven't been as present as I once was it's because I stopped. If it feels like I've disappeared I haven't. I'm just learning to chill quietly in the background.

So if you're pushing through right now telling yourself you're fine, your body already knows you're not. Don't wait as long as I did to listen to it.
