MAKIA 🌺 Energy flows where attention goes.

What are you giving your energy to?

The thing you want…
or the thing you’re worried about?

The future you’re excited about…
or the problems you keep replaying?

Your attention is powerful.

Start putting more of it towards what you want to create, rather than what you’re trying to avoid.

Because where your attention goes… your energy follows. 🌺

KALA 🌺 There are no limits.

How many times have you stopped yourself before you’ve even started?

Waiting until you’re ready.
Waiting for the right time.
Waiting for someone else to say it’s okay.

KALA is about releasing limitations and recognising that we often create the boundaries ourselves.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

Sometimes you just need to take the first step.

What would you do if you believed there were no limits?

That’s where the magic starts. ✨

🔥 OCTOBER TRAINING IS SOLD OUT! 🔥

Don’t wait for the next one to fill too.

I’m now taking names for the NEXT Lomi Lomi training.

IKE 🌺

The world is what you think it is.

Ever noticed how two people can experience exactly the same situation and walk away with completely different stories?

That’s IKE.

Our thoughts, beliefs and perceptions shape the way we experience the world.

So the question is…

What story are you telling yourself?

Because maybe it’s not the situation that needs to change.

Maybe it’s the way you’re looking at it. 👀

Try changing the story and see what changes around you.

What if the thing you’re looking for is something you can learn?

Maybe you’re craving a change.
Wanting work that feels more meaningful.
Or simply know there’s more to you than the life you’re currently living.

That’s exactly why I teach Lomi Lomi.

I didn’t start out thinking I’d be teaching it either. Life took me in all sorts of directions — travelling, running businesses, trying different things — until Lomi Lomi found me.

And now, nearly 20 years later, I get to teach this beautiful work to people who are ready to create something different.

You’ll learn more than massage.
You’ll learn how to work with energy, intention, movement and connection and how to create an experience people remember.

My next 38-hour Lomi Lomi training is coming up.
If you’ve been thinking about it, this could be your sign.

Comment “LOMI LOMI” and I’ll send you the details.

I’ve seen people come to learn Lomi Lomi thinking they’re just going to learn a massage and leave wondering why they feel like they’ve just pressed RESET on their life. ✨

Since I started teaching Lomi Lomi, I’ve watched people:

❤️ reconnect with themselves
🌺 find confidence they didn’t know they had
✨ start new businesses
🌊 create more freedom in their lives
💫 discover a whole new way of working with people
❤️‍🔥 and sometimes make BIG life changes they’d been putting off for years.

Because Lomi Lomi isn’t just about learning a beautiful massage.

It’s about energy.
It’s about connection.
It’s about getting out of your head and back into your body.
And sometimes, it opens a door you didn’t even realise was there.

That’s the part of teaching Lomi Lomi that gets me every time.

You never really know where one day of learning can lead. 🌺

If you’ve been feeling like you’re ready for something different, maybe it’s time to follow that feeling.
