Hey lovelies its that time where we touch base with everyone in regards to our cancellation/ no show policy as we lead into the busy time of year.
We understand life happens sometimes however we are finding that it is happening more and more lately. Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. All large service appointments also require a deposit when booking in and if their is a cancellation or no show within the 24 hours the deposit will be forfeit.
