Presenting Sam, our trainee. Sam’s officially hitting the floor, sharpening those skills, and bringing great energy to the team. Next time you’re in the chair, make sure to say hello!

Sam is currently available on Wednesdays for Junior Barber haircuts! He’s incredibly keen to add more days to his schedule, so let’s get him practicing and filling up that book to help him achieve that goal.

Next up in our team series is Charlie, the newest kid on the block.

Every growing team needs fresh energy, and Charlie has stepped right into the rhythm of the shop. Bringing someone new into the crew means finding the right fit for the community we’ve built, and Charlie is already showing that dedication to making everyone who sits in the chair feel valued and is quickly filling his column with like minded folk.

Next up in our team series is Ren.

If you’ve spent any time in the chairs at 3121 Studio, you already know Ren is the absolute life of the shop. She brings an unmatched energy to the floor every single day, keeping the vibe high and ensuring there’s never a dull moment when she’s around.

Fun fact: Ren and I were born only a month apart, and we’ve been close friends for almost 10 years. Beyond the laughs she brings to the shop, she’s incredibly dedicated to her craft and plays a huge part in making our studio feel like a community.

Roy has been holding down the floor with me from the early days, and 3121 Studio wouldn't be the same without him. He brings the consistency, the eye for detail, and the exact kind of energy that makes people feel right at home the second they sit in his chair.

On a personal note, he’s also someone who constantly pushes me to learn, evolve, and grow as a leader. Incredibly grateful to have him on the team.
