As a business we are faced with more challenges than ever before with restricted entry to non-vaccinated clients. We have been one of the most hard-hit industries therefore our priority is to reopen our doors so we can commence recovery. In order to achieve this, we are required to follow strict guidelines which means restricting all clients (16 and over) without a vaccination certificate (unless a medical contraindication is provided).
We understand that this can be upsetting for those who are restricted and we sincerely hope for your support and understanding during this transition. We are responsible for checking your vaccination status to ensure we are protecting our staff who are fully vaccinated. Please also understand that there are still capacity restrictions in place as per the Government regulations.
Please support our employees who have endured so much during this time of great uncertainty. As business owners, we have the responsibility to bring them back to work as safely as possible.
We hope that this pandemic situation will evolve and we will be able to service everyone without limitation in the near future.
