My Natural Clinic

I see this all the time. Women push through the morning with coffee, ignore their needs in morning calories, then wonder why they crash by 3 pm, crave sugar or feel like they’re running on empty.
A balanced breakfast can help support:
✨ More stable blood sugar
✨ Fewer cravings
✨ Better energy and focus
✨ Healthier hormone function
And no, it doesn’t have to be eggs on toast every day.
I’ve created a free guide, Build Your Perfect Breakfast, to show you exactly how to build a breakfast that actually supports your body.
Comment BREAKFAST and I’ll send it straight to your in DM 💚
Always the coldest person in the room?
It’s not “just how you are.” It’s a signal your body is giving you.
If you’re in a puffer while everyone else is fine in a jumper, it’s worth paying attention.
I hear this too often:
“My hands and feet are always freezing.”
“I can’t seem to warm up.”
“Everyone else is fine except me.”
Feeling cold all the time isn’t a diagnosis. It’s a clue.
In clinic, I’m looking at things like:
- Iron and ferritin
- Thyroid function
- Blood sugar balance
- Key nutrient status
- Stress load and nervous system health
You don’t have to just accept that you’ve “always been like this.”
You can find out what’s actually driving it and do something about it.
If you’re constantly cold, send me a DM to book a consultation.
We’ll uncover what’s underneath your symptoms and build a plan that fits you 💚
Your body doesn’t send you a notification saying, “You might have low iron or a thyroid issue.” Instead, it changes how you feel and function, triggering fatigue, brain fog, poor concentration, low motivation and that constant need for caffeine 🧠⚡️ These symptoms are signals that something may be out of balance.
Im Olga, naturopath in Australia, I work with adults and children to understand these signals, investigate what’s happening beneath the symptoms and find the root cause of their health concerns.
🌿My goal is to create a personalised plan that supports long-term health and helps the body move towards lasting remission!
If you’re tired of guessing why you feel the way you do, send me a DM. 💌
When the GP says your iron is “fine” but you still feel foggy and flat.
Ferritin (your iron storage) is often called “normal” anywhere from ~30–200 ng/mL in Australia (for everyone).
But “not anaemic” doesn’t mean optimal (ranges are different for different for males and females).
For cognition, energy, and neurotransmitter support, many women feel best with ferritin around 70–100 ng/mL.
Sitting in the 20s–30s? That’s often a low-battery brain.
And ferritin alone doesn’t say much.
You need context:
• Transferrin (your iron taxis)
• Transferrin saturation (how busy those taxis are)
• Haemoglobin
• Blood glucose regulation
• Liver panel
• B12 and folate
One simple marker. But it needs to be assessed as a system.
Why so many women run low:
• Stress (impairs absorption)
• Heavy or irregular bleeding
• Low haem iron intake
• Gut dysfunction
• Low stomach acid
• Inflammation and pathogens
Before grabbing a random iron supplement, look at the full picture.
Check your last labs. What’s your ferritin?

Many women come to me after being told their symptoms are "just depression."
One of the first things I often recommend is a full thyroid panel, because thyroid dysfunction can cause:
✨ low mood
✨ fatigue
✨ brain fog
✨ poor concentration
✨ low motivation
This is why I don't rely on TSH alone. Looking at TSH alongside Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies gives a much clearer picture of what's happening.
Every symptom has a cause, and identifying it is the first step toward the right treatment.

Don’t believe everything you hear on the internet.
I’m not against cosmetic procedures—I’m against the bu****it that says one cream, one supplement, or one routine is the secret to looking younger.
Being healthy isn’t one step, it’s a lifestyle. It’s daily effort and your time, not a quick hack.
If you’re tired of filtering what actually works and what doesn’t, just drop me a DM and we can chat about a consult 💚
There’s something off about people celebrating Bryan Johnson’s diagnosis.
And not because he’s beyond criticism, but because it exposes how fragile our understanding of disease really is.
I work with autoimmune patients every day. Let me be clear: this could happen to anyone.
Yes, diet matters. Lifestyle matters. Environment matters. Gene expression matters.
But there is no guaranteed formula. No protocol that makes you untouchable. If there were, autoimmune disease wouldn’t be exploding.
What he’s doing (agree with it or not) is pushing limits. Testing variables. Taking risks most people won’t.
And that’s where progress has always come from.
We love to lean on animal data, but mice aren’t humans. They don’t live our lives, carry our stress, or reflect our complexity. Animal trials can guide but they don’t predict human reality with certainty.
So when someone experiments on themselves, they’re not just “extreme”, they’re part of how knowledge actually evolves.
Sometimes that includes failure.
Celebrating that? That’s not insight. That’s ego.
If anything, this should humble us.
Because the truth is we don’t control biology as much as we like to think we do.
Too many times my patients (and myself) have walked out of a GP’s office with only a few scant tests in hand.
You’ve been struggling with the same symptoms for months, and your GP prescribes random antibiotics or antidepressants without even taking the time to check whether they’re the right choice. When you think about it, these aren’t lollies to throw around. These medications affect your microbiome, your gut symptoms, and overall inflammation in your body.
You deserve better care.
As a naturopath, I help you connect the dots 🩺 I look at your symptoms, your health history, and the lab markers most likely to give us meaningful answers, so we can make informed decisions together.
✨ It is your right to feel heard, supported, and to better understand your own body.
Before you start blaming your food, your sensitive tummy, your star sign ask yourself why your body is reacting this way 👀
I often see people cutting out foods like broccoli, oats, beans, or saurkraut because they cause bloating or discomfort. The food isn’t the real problem.
When gut, digestion, or immune system is out of balance, even the healthiest foods can trigger symptoms.
Avoiding more and more foods will bring you nowhereexcept more dysbiosis and digestive issues. I prefer to look for the root cause. That’s where real healing begins 🌿
