The fun of business owner life, is you get to pick your own hours; like, do I lay awake at 1am worrying that I forgot to get back to someone that day, or do I pack up and set up for the next day at 11pm 🤣🙈
Thankfully as a solo salon girlie of over 14 years, I’m a tad better at keeping ontop of things and balancing work and non work life these days🥰
*Just for a laugh (at the risk of a shoulder injury!), no shade to anyone in a normal job*
Waxing isn’t a “get it done and forget about it till the next appointment” type of service. You can’t leave all the work to me, it takes a little homework from you, to get the absolute best out of it (I’m good, but no one’s THAT good 😆).
Good news is, it’s not much extra effort, infact, you may already be doing it!
Exfoliating (ideally 2-3x per week), and moisturising either daily, or at least after exfoliating, helps to keep the skin smooth and hydrated allowing that new, soft hair growth to push through the skin easily. It also keeps the new hair hydrated, which ensures it’s removed and not broken to have a long lasting wax.
