I’m not judging you… but lash edition 👀😂
If your sets aren’t lasting, your speed isn’t improving or your confidence still feels shaky, it might not be the glue, tweezers or lashes.
It could be the little things you keep skipping.
Like:
Good lash work comes back to strong foundations.
Clean isolation.
Correct placement.
Good attachment.
Consistent practice.
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to know what needs improving and keep working on it.

How to perfect your lash placement & attachments 👇
Before my students start placing lashes on a real client, I get them to practise on a single hair strand first.
Why?
Because lash placement isn’t just about sticking an extension onto a natural lash.
You need to understand:
✔️ Placement angle
✔️ Tweezer angle
✔️ Base attachment
✔️ Direction
✔️ Adhesive control
If these aren’t right, you’ll usually struggle with:
❌ Extensions twisting or leaning
❌ Poor attachment at the base
❌ Lashes popping off too soon
❌ Messy direction
❌ Uneven sets
❌ Spending too much time fixing your placement
❌ Feeling awkward with your tweezers
Practising on a hair strand lets you slow everything down and actually SEE what your hands are doing.
Once your placement becomes more controlled, working on a real client feels so much easier.
Technique first.
Speed comes later. 👌

2 new skillset done 👏
So proud of this girl and how far she’s come.
After 4 years working in the nail industry, she travelled all the way from NSW to train with me again and is now heading home with another TWO courses added to her skill set. ✨
From nails to now expanding her services, she’s continuing to learn, grow and invest in the future she wants to build.
Her next goal?
To open her own salon 💪
And I have no doubt that with her experience, dedication and willingness to keep learning, she’s on the right path.
