What a joy to sit down with Karen Kirton and reflect on the journey so far..au

We spoke about leadership, business, creativity, culture, and the many lessons that come from building something meaningful from the ground up.

One thing I've learnt over the years is that leadership isn't about being the loudest voice in the room. It's about creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and inspired to grow.
