Your questions, answered:

How many sessions will I need?

It depends entirely on what we’re treating. A single sun spot can clear in one or two. Body tattoos take considerably more. Anyone giving you a number before seeing your skin is guessing.

Does it hurt?

Manageable, and quick. Most treatments are under 30 minutes, with topical numbing and cold air.

How far apart are sessions?

Four weeks minimum for pigmentation, six to eight for tattoo work. Your body does the clearing in between, and rushing it is how skin gets damaged.

Is it safe for deeper skin tones?

Yes, with adjusted settings and a mandatory patch test. Deeper tones need more conservative parameters and often more sessions. We won’t rush that.

What about melasma?

Carefully, and sometimes not at all. Melasma is hormonally driven and it can rebound after laser if it’s treated too aggressively. We screen for it properly and run it on a separate, conservative protocol and if we think laser is the wrong call for you, we’ll say so.

Any downtime?

Minimal. Some redness for a day or two. Treated pigment darkens and flakes away over a week or so.
