Expressions of Interest – Male SIL Vacancies 🏡

Sendayo is currently seeking expressions of interest from male participants looking for Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation within Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs.

👥 We are looking for male participants requiring a SIL model with a 1:3 support ratio and inactive sleepover supports, who are interested in building positive connections with their co-residents and being part of a respectful, supportive and welcoming home environment.

💙 At Sendayo, we place people at the centre of everything we do. Our focus is not only on delivering high quality supports, but also on creating homes where participants feel safe, comfortable, respected and genuinely connected with those around them.

🌿 This vacancy is ideally suited to participants who are looking for a long term home where they can develop independence, participate in their local community and enjoy a positive living environment with compatible co-residents.
