This is a close-up look at what a Mesoskinline treatment actually involves: the Power Pen, the infusion, and the needling itself.

The pen creates fine micro-channels in the skin, and the infusion is applied so those active ingredients can reach deeper than a topical product alone. Which infusion we use, and how we use it, depends on what your skin needs and what you're hoping to support.

Results build gradually over a course of treatments and vary from person to person, so we'll always be upfront about what to expect before we start.

We spend so much time on the hair itself and not nearly enough on the skin it grows from. That's where Mesoskinline comes in. The aim is to support the environment your follicles sit in, and results build gradually over a course of treatments.

It's for men and women, and I'll always be upfront about this: it isn't the answer for every type of thinning. Genetic or hormonal hair changes differ, and results vary from person to person. That's exactly why we start with a proper consultation, so we can look at what's really going on for you before suggesting anything.

A facelift without surgery? The answer.

HIFU uses focused ultrasound energy to support your skin's own collagen, gradually, over time. There are no needles and no surgery, and downtime is minimal.

Where it tends to suit people: early skin laxity through the face, neck and brows, softer definition along the jawline, and anyone who wants to look fresher rather than different.

Where it doesn't: very advanced laxity, where HIFU alone isn't the answer.

And if you're in your 20s with firm skin, you don't need it yet. Results build gradually over a couple of months, so if you've got an event next weekend, this isn't the one.

Can we talk about the lip area for a second? Is there something that isn't filler?

Mesoskinline is one option we talk through here at Hush. It's not about injecting volume. It's about supporting hydration and skin quality in that specific area, which for a lot of people genuinely delivers what they're actually after: lips that look healthier, plumper, and more hydrated, without a needle anywhere near your lips in the way filler requires.

Brows and lashes don't get talked about as much as our advanced treatments, but honestly, they're some of the most requested services we do, and for good reason. A well-shaped brow or a properly done lash lift can genuinely change how your whole face reads, without touching a single wrinkle.

Whether it's a tint, a shape, a lash lift, or all three, it's one of those appointments that feels small on the calendar but makes a noticeable difference every time you look in the mirror, and with event season coming up, it's an easy one to get sorted early.
