RED ——> DARK VOILET BRUNETTE ✔️
Meet Jess, in this appointment she surprised me with “hey Lauren I want to change my colour”
Now, erasing red tones isn’t always easy..
Red colour is one of the strongest pigments to neutralise and this wasn’t just red tones this was a full head of fashion colour red!!
The goal here was to be a rich dark chocolate brown with dimension.
You can see we definitely achieved darker and richer, you can see there is definitely a variation of tones (dimension) but we landed on a more rich violet
result..
Before starting Jess’s hair I explained this result could most likely be the case as I knew we had been using direct dyes and permanent reds which had built up on the hair.
Jess understood the challenges I was going to face and was happy to see how far I could get her in one session.
