Just a little reminder of our Cancellation policy
We had 6 no shows last week, this is our busiest time of the year, we do have a cancellation list with people wanting a appointment.
Please call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule, this will allow us to fill in the space.
This apply to new and existing customers.
In such short notice we don’t always get to fill that gap, and we also have other customers that we’ve had to turn away wanting a appointment.
Many of our customers don’t understand this as we are self employed
No clients- no income
No show always incur a fee
No show will lose their voucher
