We always try to offer our clients the very best service and in keeping with this we send a SMS reminder to your mobile phone a few days prior to your appointment. You simply then text back yes or no to keep or cancel your appointment. If cancelling, we will give you a follow up call to assist you in rescheduling your appointment. You can even keep the message on your phone to remind you when your appointment is. This is a hugely popular service and our clients absolutely love it when they get a quick little reminder of when their appointment is. Cancellations
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel all appointments otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% may be charged of the original service booked. When you book an appointment at H's Place Hair Studio, unlike
other salons, we set that time and therapist aside just for you. We often turn away other clients that are desperate for an
appointment because we are fully booked. If you cancel with late
notice, it inconveniences many other clients that are on our waiting list. We love kids, but what we love more is the multiple clients that
enjoy the quiet time that their hair appointment brings them. For this reason we ask parents/minders of children to please refrain them from running around the salon, but to have them sit quietly on the couch. Sadly any stock breakages incurred will be added to your account. In the meantime if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask any of our friendly staff members who are more than happy to help.
