A wonderful day in the studio, one lovely lady booked our Inner Bliss Package.

Firstly starting with our Foot Bath Ritual,
That begins with a mineral soak, scrub & mask for your legs and feet. 👣 a great way to relax the body.

Starting with our Indian Head Massage , a wonderful treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck & shoulders. Starting with massaging the shoulders, décolletage, neck & face. Then working through the hair & head - with different techniques to relieve the tender spots. Great for relieving unwanted tension and a great way to relieve headaches, sinus & allergy congestion. Time varies due to the length of your hair.

Finishing with our Kansa Bowl Face Massage, a beautiful ancient face massage for minimising fine lines, toning & lifting muscles, relieving sinus congestion or alleviating general tension in the face & neck. Kneading facial muscles bring nutrients to the treated area, helping the collagen fibres retain their elasticity. This face massage also facilitates lymphatic drainage while improving the tone & texture of the skin.
