today I have updated and changed our policies slightly.

I know this may upset a few people but I’m only doing this to protect my small business and to be fair to all my clients.

We’ve always had our 24hour cancellation policy, it is now to give at least 48hours notice.

In the hair and beauty industry we sell our time to our clients. Our time is our inventory. If someone cancels last minute it’s very unlikely we can fill that slot. That time is now gone.

50% deposits are non-refundable you can reschedule your appointment so long as it’s 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your deposit will then be transferred over to your future booking.

If you’re unable to reschedule please cancel your booking before the 48 hours to receive your deposit back and avoid any additional fees.
This HAS TO be done through fresha!
unanswered emails, messages, DMS or texts will not cancel or qualify for a transferred appointment time YOU WILL lose your deposit.

This rule is to protect everyone…

Unfortunately I can’t be picking and choosing situations that are “more important” or “more urgent” than others.
If you’re a client that’s been coming for years or a brand-new client.
If it is under 48hour notice. Unfortunately fees are going to apply

I understand this can be harsh, but I’ve put this policy in place to protect my small business.
Service providers also need to pay the bills.

Bookings that’ve been made before 19th July 2026 will still have our previous policy attached.
Any bookings from now onwards will be
48hours cancelation/ reschedule period
100% no show fee
