Our Orange, Cinnamon and Clove Soap

This soap is made with Olive oil and Coconut oil with the addition of Orange, Cinnamon and Clove essential oil and dried orange peel.

This soap combines citrus oils with warm spices.

Orange essential oil gives the soap a citrus aroma that is naturally refreshing and can be uplifting whilst remaining gentle on the skin.

Cinnamon has a warm and spicy aroma. Cinnamon essential oil is also know to have anti-microbial properties and may reduce acne causing bacteria.

Clove essential oil is known to have natural antifungal and antibacterial properties, with a warm and spicy aroma.

This soap is made with Olive oil and Coconut oil with the addition of Tea tree essential and Oat bran.

Tea tree essential oil is know to have beneficial antimicrobial and anti-fungal .

This soap can help cleanse your skin and can be effective with acne, Psoriasis and eczema. Oat bran has a gentle exfoliate for the skin.

Well I have been pretty busy this week cutting 8 batches of soap.

Each batch has on average 50 bars of soap which is 9.6kg/batch.

That's 400 odd soaps cut in the last week.

They will now cure for 6 weeks.

So how did WhiteSoaps begin..........

I learnt the art of Soap making whilst in Vancouver, Canada in 2008. This is where I attended soap making workshops. From there, White Soaps was created whilst traveling on a train in Toronto, Canada.

White Soaps are handcrafted in Moana, South Australia.

My soaps use all natural plant-based oils, locally sourced Olive oil from the Fleurieu Peninsula and coconut oil.

Than with the addition of essential oils herbs and spices whiteSoaps are given their own unique characteristics.

As White Soaps are 100% plant based (except for Gardener’s, Foot’s and Goats milk) my soaps do not contain any chemical additives and are palm oil free.

White Soaps are cured for a minimum of six weeks, to enhance longevity and are all hand cut.

I am always thinking of new ideas and wanting to create new scents.

I use the Cold process soap making method, this is the traditional technique to create soaps.

The 'Cold Process' method takes the most time, but retains the natural goodness of the ingredients.

This method requires exact measurements of alkali (such as lye) and oils and six weeks of slow curing to create an amazing bar of soap.

Cold process soap making allows the scent of all natural ingredients and skin nurturing glycerin to be preserved in the soap without harsh chemicals.
