My names Jessica and I'm a Sports therapist. I have completed an Advanced Diploma of Sports Therapy.
I have previously worked with VFL clubs and Melbourne storm. I currently work with Mazenod football club as well as running my sports Therapy business. Sports Therapy specialises in maintaining healthy tissue and joint structures by applying a number of techniques which include:
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Cupping
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Joint mobilisations
- Corrective exercise
Appropriate testing & screening can be performed to detect the source and site of pain. If you have any questions regarding appointments, rates and just sports therapy in general do not hesitate to contact me. :)
