Tag in a cheese lover & loosen your belts, because I've decided to share my beloved Festive Cheese Log recipe! It's a luscious, tangy blend of creamy cheeses, fresh herbs, cranberries, apricots, and roasted nuts. We had it yesterday and cripes, it really is ridiculously good (if I do say so myself - awk).
