Stop waiting to feel motivated.

But sometimes the hardest part of your workout is simply getting through the front doors.
So make it easy on yourself:
👟 Put your gym clothes out the night before
🎧 Make a playlist you actually LOVE
💧 Bring your water bottle
🏋️♀️ Pick a workout you enjoy
💜 And remember — a 30-minute workout is ALWAYS better than a workout you never started!
You don’t need to smash every workout.
You just need to keep showing up.
