The first visit facial is the Repair Facial, then we can move up from there and customise a treatment plan and include some peels for even better results! ALL of my facials are tailored using a combination of cocktail ampoule infusions, cosmeceutical products and a range of natural ingredients with proven results.

Letting your skin therapist select treatment products on the day is vital to get the best results and why a customised facial approach is best.

Everyone loves a B & A!

Lash lift and brows is the ultimate combo for a fresher look. Really!

Did you know, back when I first learned how to do lash lifts, they used pre sticky square-ish shaped rods. There was no room for movement, and a one shape fits all. It was AWFUL. And while I am lucky to say I can count on one hand the times that I have messed up in a treatment, my first lash lift did not go well. Luckily that dear friend of mine stuck around and we are still friends today 😆

7 years ago I re-trained in lash lifting with another dear friend (the SOR lash extensions queen) and I was beyond happy to see just how far the lash lifting game had come. Soft, silicone rods in so many shapes and sizes. This treatment took off! And rightly so!

It is now one of my most popular treatments and the one thing I personally cannot live without every few months.

Skin lifting… let’s go there!

As a brow artist with 13 years experience, I have thankfully only seen this happen a couple of times.

Skin lifting can often be mistaken by a client as a burn. It is something I have heard other’s talk about or experienced themself and described it as a burn.

Now this is a red flag for me, because it is very likely that they did not have a burn, but did experience a skin graze or skin lifting instead.

99% of the time, this happens when a client is using products that thin the skin such as roacutane & retinol and when wax is removed it takes too much of the skin with it.

This can look like a burn as it can appear red, skiny or raw. The skin will heal and regenerate over the next week and a healing ointment is useful to speed this process up.

It is a good idea to always tell your brow stylist if you have started using new skin products or any medicated ones from a gp too.

To avoid this happening it is a good idea to check in with client’s before applying wax that nothing has changed in their routine, and also include questions about this at the consultation stage to have a smooth sailing appointment.
