It feels SO good to be back outside, enjoying nature and doing the things that fill my cup again. 💚

And there are some lovely things happening at In Flow too! We’re so excited to welcome Camilla to our little team. She was looking for a nurturing, supportive place to work, and we feel she fits the heart, culture and energy of In Flow beautifully.

English is still new for Camilla, so there may be a little patience needed along the way, but I already know our gorgeous clients will make her feel incredibly welcome — just as you have with our other international therapists. 🥰

And of course, we still have our beautiful Sarah, who is now with us every Friday and alternate Saturdays. 💗

Our little In Flow family is growing, and we’re hoping to welcome one more special person who loves and specialises in nails. 💅

It’s been nearly 2 weeks since my surgery and I managed to get to the gym yesterday and went out for a nice walk today feeling pretty good.
Can’t wait till I can get back into Hiking ☺️
