As we reach the end of our second week of soft opening, the salon has been received so favourably by our entire community. Tracey and I would like to send our deepest love to all of you, for every kind word you’ve given your new hair home, we’re certain the space itself was blushing.

To my right-hand woman, my soulmate, and my partner in every sense: You stepped up to the plate and helped build this studio with sheer grit and relentless spirit. Running on next to no sleep, your fighting spirit kept pushing us forward until our shared dream became real timber, stone, and sanctuary.

TIME with Goldilocks. She didn't settle for too hot, too cold, or too brassy. She waited until it was just right, stepping from the raw grit of our build into the frame as pure living art, her golden locks flowing against the redwood path.

Charmaine’s hair was in need of a true Nefertiti-style restoration, brought back to life after an exceptionally busy work schedule where unloved dry ends, multiple copper tones, and previous pigments had made themselves noticed.

Before touching a drop of colour, we administered a precision chelating pre-treatment to neutralise trapped metal deposits within the hair fibre. By removing these hidden copper ions, we cleared the canvas for our highlift tint and low-level bleach to work cleanly and predictably without heat spikes or damage, calmly does it with this length of hair.

Removal was a simple matter of falling asleep while Sean bathed the hair in custom water temperatures to maximise the benefits of our dedicated long-hair protocol. A Sub-Occipital Release (re**us capitis posterior major/minor and obliquus capitis superior/inferior) followed to remove tension from the basin and the strains of life, finished with a warm scalp rinse and a cold bathe to middle lengths-ends to reduce heat expansion and further tighten the cuticle lamellae. We’ve come a long way over the last 12 months, and your support has given us the drive to keep pushing forward. You’ve stuck with us through the highs and the lows and watched our entire journey unfold. It’s deeply humbling to know that despite all the changes, you’ve stood right by our side.

So it’s only fitting that you are the first to know: after all the trouble and strife, the universe saw fit to give the Clan a space where we can truly be free to be, and enjoy each other's TIME.

A select few of you were given an overview of our concept early on—from 2D layout sketches to full 3D renders. We are so proud to say that the design has been realized down to the last detail, especially our head therapy immersion room. (Honestly, Sean would love to lie back in that chair right now for a sub-occipital release... his brain is fried and his hands currently look like candidates for a "HULK Hands" competition! Meanwhile, Tracey is testing her staying power holding a hairdryer after weeks of timber framing!)

To those of you who stepped up to book during our two-week soft opening: thank you for helping us navigate this initial "wobbly stage." The salon is ready and the magic is there, but a few small details might still be curing or settling into place.

We will officially be ready to take recommendations for your friends starting 15th September 2026.

To quote our former landlord: our appointment-only sanctuary was simply 'adding to the dark & dead corner.' Safe to say, we’ve left the dark corner behind for front-and-centre Noosa Junction—built entirely on our own terms, glowing brighter than ever.

Hi everyone! ✨

As many of you know, we’ve been on the lookout for a new hair home. Both Sean and I are beyond delighted to inform you that we’ve found it and we truly hope it meets with your approval! ❤️

It’s going to take the whole of August to get the new place knocked into shape. While Sean is hard at work building and getting the salon ready, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone for embracing August as our one-time home visit month! Your flexibility and warmth in opening your doors to me during this transition mean the world to us both.

Sean is confident we’ll all be settled into our new space during the first week of September!

A former landlord once threw this at us, intending an insult. Born from a total ignorance of Trichology, his comment was actually the highest of compliments. He accidentally stumbled upon the precise, mechanical truth of our philosophy.
