🎄 The Busy Season Energy Reset 🎄

This time of year always feels the same…
Life speeds up and our energy slows right down.

Work, kids, concerts, sport wind-ups, Christmas catch-ups — plus the “bring a plate” message you only half read. Meanwhile you’re living off caffeine and crumbs. 😩

And honestly? This is when the bloat creeps in, the clothes feel tighter, the brain fog gets louder, and the energy crashes hit hard.

Women carry so much this season… and we usually put ourselves last.
