Unwind Body Massage

I have had a couple of training sessions this week 🙂
Learning is key!

Yesterday there was a lot of pain I will admit. I had a cyst aspirated from my left hand/wrist and then cortisone added in. Thanks to my beautiful son for all his help last night. A one handed Mum isn't much use around the house, especially when her left hand is the dominant one 🙃.
Here's to bouncing back, fully fit by Monday I hope. I hope to bring a new more vibrant, pain free energy to each and every massage.
