🏆 SEPTEMBER EMPIRE OF THE MONTH - JONO PILCHER 🏆

A huge congratulations to Jono, our September Empire of the Month!

Jono has shown incredible commitment to his training, even through changes in routine. He continues to find a way to show up, challenge himself and push beyond his comfort zone during workouts.

Thank you, Jonathon Pilcher , for being part of our community and helping us make Empire such a great place to train!

And a big shoutout to our friends at East Coast Supplements Orange for sponsoring our Empire of the Month and helping us celebrate the legends in our community each month. 🙌

Your mindset won’t make every session easy, every week perfect or motivation magically appear.

But it can change what you do when things don’t go to plan.

Missed a session? Get back to it.
Low on motivation? Show up anyway.
Can’t give 100%? Give what you can.
Progress feeling slow? Look at what else has changed.

The goal isn’t perfection; it’s learning how to keep moving forward, even when life gets in the way.

A few mindset rules worth keeping in your back pocket. 🧠💪

📌 Save this one for the weeks that don’t go to plan.
