Myofascial release 🤎

A practice that asks you to meet yourself with softness and presence. One that asks you to return to your breath in order to create safety within the body, from there we can release tension in a calming way.

On Sunday, we moved through a series of releases for the upper and lower body to release muscle tension and increase blood flow in areas that were perhaps feeling sticky and tight.

This session asked each person to simply melt into the trigger point ball, instead of forcing. To slow down and breathe, instead of bracing and gritting teeth through spicy releases. To simply notice any sensations that were arising.

I am excited for the next one 🤎

If you are feeling the call to join us this weekend in Dunsborough tickets are available via the link in my bio ✨

You will learn:

~ simple and realistic releases to sprinkle into your routine
~ how to create a supportive space at home for your practice
~ the role of your nervous system + breath and how the two intertwine

Return to your baseline | 14th June 2026

An intentional workshop using myofascial release practices for body awareness, function and nervous system regulation.

Together, we will move through a series of trigger point releases that explore common areas of the body that hold muscle tightness and tension. Guided by the breath, we will explore how to bring awareness to these areas and how to soften them in a safe and calming manner.

This session is intentionally designed to reconnect your body and mind after a busy week. It is the ultimate Sunday reset.

I am so excited to share this nourishing practice with you; the kind of practice that guides you back to your baseline, again and again.

Each ticket will include a goody bag to take home and a gluten free/dairy free sweet treat at the end of the session.

You will need:

✨ Yoga mat
✨ Water bottle
✨ Wear comfortable clothing you can move in

📍 Dunsborough Hall | Sunday 14th June @ 10:00
